Tori Vega is the main character in the sitcom Victorious, which originally aired on the kids’ network Nickelodeon. She is an aspiring performer with a friendly, upbeat personality and she goes to a performing arts school called Hollywood Arts. She has brown hair and is portrayed by Victoria Justice. She is resourceful, curious and confident. While nervous at first, as she feels she is not creative enough to be a student at Hollywood Arts, throughout the series she finds her place in the school and gains more confidence, partly thanks to her friend André Harris who gave her a pep talk when she was feeling down on her first day at the school.
Relationships with Other Characters[]
Tori mainly hangs out with André Harris (Leon Thomas III), Robbie Shapiro (Matt Bennett), Cat Valentine (Ariana Grande), Jade West (Elizabeth Gillies) and Beck Oliver (Avan Jogia), and is often seen eating with them at lunch on the Hollywood Arts campus, as well as learning together in their eccentric teacher Sikowitz’s classroom. She maintains a friendly relationship throughout the series with everyone aforementioned except Jade, who is jealous of her and often aggressively and sarcastically mocks her and bullies her. They are better described as frenemies than friends. She is also another student at Hollywood Arts, Trina’s sister. Her parents are very absent from her life. They are shown to be very selfish and not care about her and her sister Trina very much.
