Bolt Crank (Eat-Man) possesses access to everything he would ever need in his role as "The Creator", without requiring or drawing from any outside sources. Meaning that all the fundamental/necessary requirements for his existence are fully under his own command, making him complete in all respects.

Capabilities

The user possesses a self-contained existence, meaning they already have and/or gain access to everything they need for their own existence. This makes them complete to the point that they no longer require anything and/or draw on anything coming from any outside source(s). Allowing them to be distinct from the rest of creation since all their necessities come from themselves, including their own personal air supply (or like birds, their lungs would always be full of air without needing to breathe), a lifespan that is not dictated/influenced by any outside terms, total knowledge of anything/everything they will ever need without drawing from any source, and any/all other possible traits/attributes/conditions or experiences that would allow them to be self-contained and distinct from the rest of existence. Users of this wouldn't need anything from anyone else...because they would already have it in some form or another.

Unlike Self-Sufficiency, this power is more of a state of being or type/form of existence rather than simply possessing the capability of overcoming any obstacles/issues without outside help or aid through ones own efforts like how Self-Sufficiency is defined.

Sofia (Saintness Summons Skeletons) become a completely self contained being after evolving into a Lumian, which combined together with her "Heat Death" skill and her "Infinity Engine" Mana Heart, means she is completely free of all external issues past, present, and future.

Golems (Somali and the Forest Spirit) come into existence as complete beings, with all the knowledge they will ever need or require and a 1,000 year lifespan that's entirely free of being influenced by any outside circumstances or terms. They require nothing from anyone, and can survive without sleep, food, or air.

Fushi (To Your Eternity) is the ultimate example of a truly self-contained existence as he doesn't require anything from anyone, as anything he has experienced can simply be recreated by him again and again anytime its lost or used up. His self completeness even extends to his lifespan as he is generally a true immortal, but if he wishes he can let himself age by simply remaining in one form for an extended period of time.
