Ruffians are creatures in Sin and Punishment: Successor of the Earth, constituting many of the enemies and bosses in the game.
History[]
Ruffians are a genetically engineered species created by scientists to solve a planet-wide famine, meant to serve as a new food source. They were herded in northern Japan until they mutated and begin attacking the country's citizens.
