Kōsei Tomita (富田 耕生, Tomita Kōsei, born February 4, 1936) is a Japanese actor, voice actor and narrator from Tokyo who is affiliated with Production Baobab. He voiced Doraemon in the original 1973 Doraemon series. He voiced Shunsaku Ban, also known as Mustachio (Higeoyaji), a character appearing in many of Osamu Tezuka's productions. He received an Achievement Award at the 3rd Seiyu Awards.[2]
