Edward Salvatore Tagliafico is a character of The World of Bobby.
Role in The World of Bobby[]
Edward is a depicted as a bitter and arrogant 23 year old man. He lives in the house between Bobby's house and Paddy's house. Edward detests his neighbors for their perpetual laughter and boisterous behavior, though Bobby and Paddy are oblivious to Edward's animosity towards them and regard him as a friend. When he gets angry, his whole face turned red.
Edward lives in a constant state of self-pity and misery; he is unhappy with his humdrum lifestyle and yearns for celebrity status, wealth, hair, and a glamorous and distinguished career as a musician or painter with a passion for art and playing the guitar. However, he is left to endure the lowly status as a fast-food cashier at the Krusty Burger restaurant. Edward resents his job and is irritated by his greedy employer Jeffrey Kelly and by having his own resented neighbor Bobby as a colleague.
