Christopher Eugene Chalk (born December 7, 1984)[citation needed] is an American television, film, and theatre actor.
Early life[]
Chalk studied at Asheville High School[1] and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.[2]
Career[]
He is particularly known for his roles as journalist Gary Cooper in The Newsroom,[3] Marine Tom Walker in Homeland,[4] and murderer Jody Adair in Justified.[1][3] He has also been in multiple Law & Order episodes,[2] the 2013 film 12 Years a Slave,[5] and the 2010 Broadway play Fences.[2] He appears in Gotham as a young Lucius Fox.[6]
