Multigenre conventions

A multigenre convention is a convention that caters to some or all of the following categories: anime/manga, science fiction, comic book, gamer, fantasy and furry fandoms without specifying itself as a specific convention of that variety.

Many of these conventions were at one time specialized conventions, but have since spread out into multiple genres. Examples of this are Comic-Con International and AOD.

Note to editors

Please use this category for conventions that focus on three or more genres. Conventions with just two genres, e.g. science fiction and fantasy, should instead be placed in the categories for both the relevant genres.
