Allelujah Haptism is a fictional character in Mobile Suit Gundam 00. A member of the Celestial Being, Allelujah is the pilot of GN-003 Gundam Kyrios and later GN-007 Arios Gundam.
Dual Personality[]
Allelujah is usually gentle and quiet; under certain circumstances, a second personality named Hallelujah will emerge. His hair always covers one of his eyes and is used to identify which personality is dominant. When the left gray eye is revealed, the peaceful Allelujah is in control. When the right gold eye is revealed, the violent and murderous Hallelujah personality is in control. Allelujah is often seen talking to the Hallelujah persona inside his mind debating about ethics and morality. If ever Allelujah's life is in danger due to indecision, Hallelujah will override his conscience and do what he deems is necessary. Allelujah and Hallelujah can also combine their mental strengths to become the true super soldier, using Allelujah's planning and tactics in combination with Hallelujah's killer instinct. Their combined strengths and dual intellect allows them to make quick snap decisions in tactics and combat.

Early Days[]
Super Human Research Institute[]
Subject E-0057[]
Subject E-0057 (Allelujah) spent his childhood as a experimental super solider within HRL Space Colony: Complete Sphere. It was unknown whether he was an orphan or a series of designer babies (like Soma Peries} for experimentation. Subject E-0057's body and mind was subjected to a series of experiments and surgeries.
Upon recovering and waking up after his quantum brainwave surgery, he sensed another quantum brainwave modified child, Marie Parfacy. While getting to know each other, it's revealed that he has lost his memories and doesn't remember his own name. Marie decided to name him Allelujah, to symbolize gratitude to God for being alive. Since then the two developed a close emotional bond, Allelujah would often come to see Marie and share stories and their feelings. Unknown to him and the rest of his child super solider kin, they were always being monitored by HRL scientists literally across the wall.
The quantum brainwave surgery was the procedure that created his murderous split personality, but it also allowed him to telepathically sense others who also have quantum brain waves like him. While HRL scientists was aware of his split alter ego, they allowed his alter persona exist for the sake of scientific data.
Escape & Survival[]
Allelujah and a selected batch of his kin were deemed as experimental failures and were to be disposed. He and several of his brothers somehow escaped termination and even got weapons for a daring escape to freedom. Allelujah wanted to bring Marie along, but ultimately decided it was better to leave her behind (since her entire body is paralyzed and requires special medical care). Allelujah and his brothers managed to escape Complete Sphere by stealing a space shuttle. They drifted aimlessly in space for days. Eventually their shuttle ran low on all possible resources to keep them surviving.
Alleljuah and all his brothers were slowly dying of starvation and running out of air inside the shuttle. It was around this time that the Hallelujah persona emerged and began his first killing spree. Hallelujah didn't want to die and refuse to allow Allelujah's conscience to get them both killed. Hallelujah shot and killed all of his brothers with a pistol and helped Allelujah survive long enough to be recovered by Celestial Being.
Joining Celestial Being[]
Allelujah was somehow discovered by Celestial Being, possibly drifting nearby their sensors at Lagrange 3 (L3) or L1. He accepted his fate as a super soldier and wanted to use his abilities to prevent people like him to exist. He was accepted into Celestial Being and Veda approved of him to become a Gundam Meister. Allelujah and the rest of the Meister's trained for at least 2 years in space before they began their worldwide intervention against armed conflict.
World Armed Intervention Campaign[]
The year is now A.D. 2307, after 2 years of training in Celestial Being, Allelujah/Hallelujah and the Ptolemy crew reveal themselves to the world.
Debut at Heaven's Pillar[]
Allelujah/Kyrios sortied from Ptolemy to HRL's orbital elevator, Heaven's Pillar, to prevent a terrorist attack. Allelujah/Kyrios engaged the terrorist Hellions in a high-speed dogfight. Allelujah managed to shoot down all of them, but one was beyond his reach and had Tieria/Virtue finish the job. They returned to Ptolemy to recharge the ship and waited for their next mission as the world learns about their group through Aeolia Schenberg's video.
Ceylon[]
Allelujah/Kyrios sortied from Ptolemy to perform a group intervention against HRL forces and local mobile suit forces to eliminate ethnic conflict in Ceylon (formally Sri Lanka). Allelujah/Kyrios attacked the HRL base by wide spread bombing. Allelujah commented to himself that he has become a murderer, but focuses on the mission. He drops the tail unit and transformed Kyrios from fighter mode to mobile suit to wipe out remaining resistance and left with his teammates after completion of their mission.
Talivia[]
Allelujah/Kyrios sortied on a solo mission to destroy Talivia's drug trade. He flew by a cocaine field and destroyed the local plantation by bombing the plantation fields.
Taribia Republic[]
Taribia succeeded from the Union in a gamble that Celestial Being would intervene and possibly protect them against Union forces. Celestial Being caught on to their intentions from the start and intervened by attacking Taribia instead. Tieria/Virtue didn't participate in this mission, but the remaining Gundam Meister's wiped out most if not all of Tarbia Republic's forces. Taribia rejoined the Union and the Meister's made a tactical retreat.
Rescue Mission at True Pillar[]
Allelujah had to use HRL's obital elevator to return to the Ptolemy. While just entering the True Pillar station, he started having bad headaches due to Soma Peries. Soma was outside in space, testing out her new Tieren Taozi at the time when they got too close in proximity with each other. Allelujah didn't realized that he had re-established a telepathic link with Marie because of the Soma Peries persona. Their mental link was painful for each other (possibly due to the Soma persona or her quantum brainwaves were modified with adverse affects) and the Hallelujah persona emerged. Hallelujah threatened to kill Soma if she didn't get out of his head. The murderous intent of Hallelujah freaked out Soma and she tried to shoot down True Pillar (where Allelujah/Hallelujah were located). The blast resulted in 3 sections of block 7 to be loosened from True Pillar and free falling into Earth.
Allelujah couldn't standby to watch civilians helplessly float in space (due to his past experience in space) and decided to rescue them without Celestial Being's approval. Allelujah/Kyrios attempted to push the floating station from falling into Earth, but there was just too much weight. Sergei Smirnov/Space Tieren was already at the scene when Allelujah/Kyrios intervened and urged him to give up, but he refused. Just then Lockon/Dynames fired 2 shots with his Super Substratospheric Altitude Gun from Earth. The sudden backup tells Allelujah that Sumeragi had decided to support him. The shots loosened the excess weight of the two sections and Allelujah/Kyrios pushed the section containing the civilians back to safety. HRL forces could've pursued them, but Sergei decided to let Allelujah off as a favor. Allelujah was subsequently punished by detention/confinement.
PMC Trust & AEU[]
Moralia/PMC Trust and AEU entered a joint operation to make a stand against Celestial Being. The Gundam Meisters sortied to eliminate this source of conflict.
Battle at Moralia[]
Each of the Meister's were given assigned duties and Allelujah/Kyrios performed air supremacy to control the skies, followed by eliminating remaining units on the military bases. Due to Setsuna's unexpected action of exiting his cockpit, their mission was forced to accelerate to the final stage of their mission, eliminate Moralia Command. Allelujah/Kyrios and the rest of the Gundam Meister's used a nearby canyon as a stealth tactic to infiltrate their target. Once they gotten there, all the Meister's attacked and wiped out PMC's remaining forces under 5 minutes. Moralia/PMC Trust was forced to fire a white flare to signify their unconditional surrender.
Setsuna's Reasons[]
After the completion of their mission, the Meister's confronted over Setsuna's reasons for violating Celestial Being code conduct while in combat, but he gave no answer. Tieria drew his sidearm to threaten force to get the answer, but the situation only escalated when Setsuna drew his sidearm as well. Allelujah tried to calm the situation down by reminding everyone that Veda chose everyone for a reason to be a Gundam Meister. Tieria agreed with Allelujah's words and withdrew his gun and so did Setsuna. Setsuna the confusingly told everyone that the fact his alive and living is reason enough. Shortly after, Ian Vashti notified the Meister's that there has been terrorist bombings around the world.
La Eden[]
Wang Liu Mei called through Lockon Stratos' tablet pad to inform the Meisters that a terrorist group demanded Celestial Being to stop their armed interventions or will continue attacks upon civilians. Allelujah wanted to know who was responsible, but Wang Liu Mei have yet to identify the culprit(s). The Meister's agreed to put an end to such terrorism by doing what they do best, armed intervention.
Investigation by Wang Liu Mei has revealed that international terrorist group, La Eden, was responsible for the recent attacks. Information regarding their locations of operations were leaked by the world governments to help eliminate them. The Gundam Meisters located and destroyed their terrorist cells, effectively ending La Eden. Allelujah was left on standby; he never saw action against La Eden.
Capture & Escape from HRL[]
HRL was determined to acquire a Gundam and assigned Sergei Smirnov to locate and secure a Gundam for study. Sergei and Soma Peries sortied with 22 Space Tierens to capture a Gundam. E-sensors were used to detect and locate Ptolemy and Sergei used diversionary tactics to separate the Gundams in a attempt to isolate and capture one. Allelujah/Kyrios and Tieria/Virtue were diverted from the main group while the rest had to fight off the space Tierens in Sergei's time stalling tactics.
While separated from the group, Allelujah suffered headaches again due to Soma Pieris' close proximity. The closer she came, the higher the pain of the headaches. The pain was too much for Allelujah to bear and he lost consciousness, he couldn't pilot Kyrios and was easily captured and taken back to a HRL carrier (Louhan 4) for immediate study. It didn't take long for Tieria/Virtue to reach to Allelujah's position and realized he was so easily captured. Tieria judged Allelujah unfit to be a Meister and was about to fire upon the carrier until Soma/Taozi intervened.
While Tieria/Virtue was engaging HRL forces, Hallelujah awoken and transformed Kyrios' GN Shield into a pincer claw to cut his way to freedom. Gundam Nadleeh forced Sergei and his forces to make a full tactical retreat due to underestimating the Gundams. While running away, Hallelujah/Kyrios engaged Soma/Taozi for fun. Adjutant Ming used his Tieren to stall Hallelujah/Kyrios for Sergei and Soma to flee. As they fled, Hallelujah used the electro-blade to slowly torture Adjutant Ming's final moments. Allelujah tried to stop Hallelujah, but in the end he killed Adjutant Ming. When Allelujah was able to control his body again he questions Hallelujah's murderous intent and wonders is this a hidden aspect of himself. He breaks down in tears and considers himself not human for his alternate personality's actions.
HRL Super Soldier Research Institute[]
Shortly after the incident with HRL, Allelujah finds himself conflicted with Hallelujah as they both debate over their past actions. In order to confront his past he decided to create his own mission plan to destroy the HRL Super Soldier Research Institute. He proposed the plan to Sumeragi and was approved by Veda to sortie. Tieria was assigned as his support for this mission.
At the HRL Space Colony, Complete Sphere, Tieria/Virtue was handling outside resistance as Allelujah/Kyrios infiltrated to the space colony. It didn't take long for Allelujah to confirm the Super Soldier Research Institute since he was experiencing headaches from the quantum brainwaves of his super soldier kin. As he was about to fire, he hesitated to destroy the facility. He debated with Hallelujah that they can be saved, but Hallelujah believes it's better to kill them as they are raised to be the future enemies. After much internal conflict, Alleluah/Kyrios reluctantly fired his missiles and destroyed the facility. With all his brethren dead, he returned back to base with Hallelujah complimenting on Allelujah's actions.
Back at base, Allelujah asked Sumeragi for a taste for her liquor, but she refused him due to his age. Allelujah told her it was fine since his birthday just past and he's officially old enough to drink alcohol. He tried it and felt was bitter to drink, Sumeragi told him he'll understand why eventually.
Trap in Taklamakan Desert[]
Allelujah/Kyrios and Lockon/Dynames sortied together in Taklamakan to prevent a group of terrorists attacking a nuclear facility. They infiltrated the territory knowing there was a war exercise in progress and was quickly attacked by a large group of Realdo's and missiles. As they were bogged down by heavy enemy fire, Tieria/Virtue executed Burst Mode to create a trench for the two to escape with some cover. While fleeing from HRL forces, Allelujah suffered headaches again due to Soma Peries.
As Soma/Taozi faced Allelujah/Kyrios, Hallelujah switched over to fight Soma. Hallelujah quickly got bored as Soma regrouped with her Tieren squad and switched back to Allelujah. After getting separated with Lockon/Dynames, Allelujah/Kyrios was on his own until a means of escape. Allelujah/Kyrios would endure the next 16 hours of constant fire barrage and avoiding Soma, but was eventually captured by HRL forces due to exhaustion. As HRL forces dragged Kyrios back to base, their Tierens were attacked by Gundam Throne Zwei. Michael/Zwei dispatched his GN Fangs to wipe out HRL forces and Nena/Throne Drei provided cover for the Meister's to escape.
Trinity Armed Intervention Campaign[]
Meeting Team Trinity[]
The Trinity siblings left coordinates for a date in space to talk. The Trinity's agreed to talk on board Ptolemy and got acquainted with the siblings. Their conversation left more questions than answers and they left back to their mothership. After their brief encounter, the Trinity's began their own operations and the rest of the Gundam Meister's stayed out of their way to observe their movements. It wasn't long their actions sparked Setsuna start an internal war between the Ptolemy Group and Team Trinity. In between this time Allelujah stayed behind to look after Ptolemy in case anything unexpected happens. Allelujah was the only Meister to have never fought against the Trinity's.
Operation Fallen Angels[]
UN Forces Counteroffensive[]
After the world forces acquired GN technology, they quickly used the technology to face Celestial Being and formed the UN Forces. HRL focused on the Thrones while Union and AEU focused on Ptolemy and the Meister's. During this time, Alejandro Corner has gained access to Veda's terminal and had Ribbons deactivate the Gundams. While in their first major battle against formidable enemies, all the Gundams deactivated. Sumeragi had the Gundams reactivated with a stand alone operating system and the Gundams successfully fended off UN Forces. The Meister's returned to Ptolemy to reconnoiter.
Setsuna's Confirmations[]
While Curse Jinx Squad was confronting Team Trinity, Allelujah and the rest of the Ptolemy group observes them on the news. The group is contemplating the possibility of defeat as the world has the power to crush them and it was part of Aeolia Schenberg's plan. Setsuna questions the purpose of the Gundams regardless of the situation. Setsuna wonders are current events considered right as the Thrones and the UN Forces were only increasing conflict. He believes that Gundams should end wars, not escalate them. Lockon finished what Setsuna wanted to say, that the fight between the Thrones and UN Forces is a source of conflict that should be stopped. Allelujah objected to the suggestion, "That's insane! We're already near exhaustion and we can't use the space elevators either. In the last battle, Exia and Dynames were traced by the enemy..." Lockon replies, "Celestial Being cannot remain silent." Setsuna intends to go alone and wanted to confirm, "What purpose do the Gundams serve?". Lockon wanted to join Setsuna, but Lasse volunteered instead (in consideration of Lockon's injuries) to go with Setsuna with Assault Container (it has atmospheric re-entry and exit capabilities) and test GN Arms. In spite of concerns/objections, Sumeragi approved Setsuna's mission and gave him a mission plan for him to us. Setsuna and Lasse headed to Earth to fulfill his mission.
Aeolia's Message[]
While stationed at Ptolemy, waiting for Setsuna's return and anticipating UN Forces, a series of events happened to trigger the following event. Alejandro Corner just killed Aeolia Schenberg. Around the same time, Setsuna/Exia just engaged Ali Al-Saachez/Throne Zwei in a desperate battle of ideals. Coupled with these events, Aeolia Schenberg's system trap activated and released the 5 solar furnace's Trans-Am system and made a sudden appearance in a brief video to all of Celestial Being:
To those who use GN Drives: I don't know whether you will carry my will, however I entrust you my final hope to you, full utilization of your GN Drives. I hope that you will use them and fight your hardest for the sake of ending war and bringing about a new peace. Not for the sake of Celestial Being, but for the sake of your own wills, as those who have Gundams.
Second UN Forces Battle[]
To prepare for the next UN Forces battle, Ptolemy and crew headed to Lagrange 1. At L1, immediate maintenance work was made and the GN Tail Booster for Kyrios was added to their arsenal. While Sumeragi and Gundam Meisters talked about the Trans-Am System, Setsuna reported in that UN Forces are on the move. They have taken all their GN-X's into space and a Throne Gundam has been captured by Ali Al-Saachez.
It wasn't long that UN Forces caught up with Ptolemy and Allelujah/Kyrios (added with GN Tail Booster) sortied. Allelujah/Kyrios and Tieria/Virtue had to face off 26 GN-X's until Setsuna and Lasse return (Lockon was forcibly benched by Tieria). Allelujah/Kyrios performed well at the start, wiped out several GN-X's in fighter mode with his tail booster in high speed combat. Towards the middle of the combat, things started to become difficult as his tail booster was destroyed. Allelujah was intentionally targeted by Curse Jinx Squad because of his quantum brainwave weakness to Soma Peries. Soma/GN-X made the situation challenging to fight, but Hallelujah helped Allelujah by blocking their quantum brainwave connection. Allelujah/Kyrios activated Trans-Am and bugged out his enemies. After major combat was over, he learned of Lockon Stratos' death and mourned his passing.
Last Stand[]
After several hours of resting, the remaining crew prepares a final stand against UN Forces. The Ptolemy's e-sensors detected 13 GN-X's along with a large golden mobile armor with 7 false GN Drives (GNMA-XCVII Alvatore). Sumeragi had Allelujah/Kyrios and Tieria/Nadleeh defend Ptolemy while Setsuna and Lasse attempts to stop the golden mobile armor, Alvatore.
Hallelujah's Survival[]
Allelujah/Kyrios sortied and shortly found the Curse Jinx Squadron after Ptolemy, the Hallelujah persona took over to fight. Hallelujah/Kyrios trailed behind a GN-X that was close to Soma/GN-X. Soon as Hallelujah/Kyrios was close enough, Hallelujah quickly used the GN Shield/pincer-claw to destroy the GN-X and engaged Soma/GN-X in melee MS combat. As he fought Soma/GN-X, Hallelujah commented, "Sorry Allelujah, but I don't want to die yet!" Hallelujah/Kyrios was about to blow Soma/GN-X with his GN Twin Beam Rifle when Sergei/GN-X intervened. Hallelujah/Kyrios had the whole Curse Jinx Squadron's attention and mockingly laughed as he evaded their fire. During his second kill behind an asteroid, Alvatore fired another particle beam at Hallelujah's and Ptolemy's direction. The asteroid took some of the damage, but the particle beam destroyed Kyrios' right MS arm and leg.
A True Super Soldier[]
The battle has reduced to only Hallelujah/Kyrios, Sergei/GN-X, and Soma/GN-X. While hiding behind an asteroid, Hallelujah frustrates over the dire situation. Allelujah talked with Hallelujah, Hallelujah said, "Go back in, Allelujah. There's nothing you can do here with your mental restrictions. I'm here now, so you've got nothing to do with it." Allelujah replied, "I'm here too. I haven't heard the world's answer to the meaning of this battle yet. Until I know that much, I'm not dying!" To Hallelujah's delight, "So you finally feel like doing it. Then let's show that woman...what a true super soldier is!" Allelujah and Hallelujah decided to share both mind, body, and experiences together to utilize the full potential of a super soldier.
Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios charged out of the asteroid to face Soma/GN-X and Sergei/GN-X. Both Soma and Sergei tried to shoot Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios down, but their combined mental strengths and reflexes allowed them to dodge their attacks and kicked Soma/GN-X. Sergei/GN-X tried to help Soma, but Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios used the GN Shield/pincer-claw to grab Sergei's left MS arm and ripped it off and flew away. Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios dodged Soma's beam shots and tried cut her down with his beam saber, but Soma/GN-X blocked with her own beam saber. As they clashed swords, Soma wondered why she's not able to defeat Subject E-0057 since she should be the perfect super soldier. Hallelujah replied, "You don't understand at all girly. You're not a perfect super soldier at all! Your brainwaves and relfexes maybe similar enough, but thinking at the speed you do, you'll never be able to catch up! Your movements are truly just like a lowly animal's!" Soma replied, "That's not true!", and tried to shoot Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios with her head vulcans. Soma missed and lost sight of Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios. Hallelujah continued to talk on the com, "That's why I can read your movements. Reflexes combined with intelligence, that's what makes the ideal super soldier!" Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios then activates Trans-Am to finish the fight. Soma/GN-X charged at Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios with a hail of beam gun fire, but Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios dodged all of Soma's attacks and cut off her left MS arm and left leg. Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios was about to make the final blow when Sergei/GN-X took the blunt force of the attack. Sergei had Soma quickly counter attack and defeated Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios. Kyrios' cockpit was damaged, the blast from Soma's GN-X caused an explosion in his cockpit and damaged the right side of his forehead. As Allelujah/Hallelujah/Kyrios drifted away, Kyrios' visual sensors revealed the face of Soma Peries. To Allelujah's shock, Soma Peries was Marie.
Hallelujah's Demise & Capture[]
Allelujah was still shocked at the revelation that he tried to kill Marie. He suspects Hallelujah already knew and hidden this information to him. Hallelujah tells him, "If you knew, you wouldn't fight anymore. You'd just die. Well, whatever, it's the same no matter which path you take. I'll be leaving before you." The head injury he suffered has caused brain damage and irreparably damaged his quantum brainwaves, leading to the demise of Hallelujah Haptism. Allelujah is now alone to his mind for the first time in many years as he drifted helplessly in open space.
After the battle, Allelujah ejected Kyrios' GN Drive and continued to drift in space. He was discovered by UN Forces and both him and Kyrios fell into enemy hands. After medics treated his head injury, he was sent to the higher ups of the military and had vanished beyond Celestial Being's help.
Five Year Detention[]
The year is now 2312 (5 years later), the authoritarian Earth Sphere Federation (AEU, Union, and HRL united as a single entity) has begun an aggressive campaign of unification through their autonomous military force, A-Laws. The united and peaceful world never came, only evolved into another source of conflict. Allelujah has been missing since Celestial Being went into hiding; recent investigations by Wang Liu Mei and Nena Trinity revealed Allelujah was alive and held captive in a Federation Anti-Government Detention Facility.
Reunion with Marie[]
Due to the return of Gundams, A-Laws came to interrogate Allelujah for information about Celestial Being. As investigators came to see him, Allelujah immediately recognized Marie and wanted to talk to her. They removed his muzzle and Allelujah was excited to speak with Marie. He identified her as Marie, but Soma doesn't recognize the name. Soma continues to deny herself as Marie, but Allelujah continues to suggest otherwise. Allelujah was later muzzled again and left alone.
Celestial Being Rescue[]
While sitting alone to his thoughts, a sudden commotion came through the whole detention facility. There was shaking and a lot of noise, Ptolemy II caused a tsunami and 00 Gundam crashed into the side of the detention facility. Setsuna found Allelujah's cell, blew out his cell door, and freed him. Setsuna gave him a PC tablet for him to intercept his new Gundam, Arios. When he got to the rendezvous point, Arios crashed into the side building for him to escape, but Soma stopped him.
Allelujah still called her Marie and Soma continues to deny that identity until Allelujah spoke out her full name, Marie Parfacy. Her name triggered a memory and caused her head to hurt. Allelujah wanted to tend to her, but Andrei Smirnov and two other men came for her. Allelujah took cover, but still wanted to be with Marie, however time was up. Tieria/Seravee and Setsuna/00 are departing and Allelujah regretfully escaped with Arios. Allelujah swears that he will see Marie again and departs into the battlefield. Allelujah/Arios executed high speed combat and finished off remaining pursuers with his beam saber and returned to Ptolemy II. While resting, Tieria serves Allelujah with a hot cup of coffee and wanted to know why he was captured, but was distracted at seeing a very much alive Lockon Stratos. With no explanations from both of them, Tieria welcomed Alleljuah back to team.
Anti A-Laws Campaign[]
Middle Eastern Conflict[]
The Ptolemy II and crew are heading to Azadistan (cruising underwater) after granting Princess Ismail's request to return to her country. In between heading there, various crew members are left to their own devices while A-Laws began their search and destroy operations against them.
A Reason To Fight[]
Allelujah paid a visit to Sumeragi's quarters for a chat with some wine. While talking with Sumeragi, he told her about the Marie and her involvement with the Federation as Soma Peries. Allelujah felt foolish not to realize earlier that the super soldier he faced was Marie since her quantum brainwaves was the only capable of interfering with his. He then explained that when he was captured by UN Forces, he thought it was his time to pay for his sins and thought it was acceptable for him to fade away. Allelujah explains he now feels differently, he wants to live on to get back Marie, even if she's the enemy. Sumeragi also reminded him of the time he destroyed the Super Human Research Institute. Allelujah acknowledged in killing their kin and believed Marie would hate him for it, regardless of his actions, he still wants to get Marie back. Sumeragi was jealous for Allelujah having a reason to fight and wonders if she has any reason to fight herself.
Allelujah wondered, "It was because you approved Aeolia's plan and chose to participate in it, was it not?" She explains she wanted to end conflict, but it also an attempted means to erase her abominable past, in which she sacrificed lives for her own ego. Allelujah believed there was a reason for her to be here. Sumeragi doubts that, but Allelujah says, "If that's true, then why did you come to save me?" Allelujah left her alone with some thoughtful words, "You can find a reason to fight, especially since it's you."
Underwater A-Laws Assault[]
While on course to Azadistan, Allelujah stands before Arios Gundam, thinking out loud. Allelujah resolute, "Arios Gundam, the successor MS to Kyrios. With this suit, Gundam, I'll take Marie back. Even though Hallelujah is dead and I can't use my quantum brainwaves." Moments later, Ptolemy II is attacked by A-Laws with their mobile suit carrier and a submersible (GNMA-04B11 Trilobite). Allelujah quickly went to suit up and boarded Arios. As Ptolemy II reached to safe depth levels to sortie, all the Gundams exited below the hanger bay and engaged A-Laws' Trilobite. Lockon/Cherudim and Tieria/Seravee looked after Ptolemy as Setusuna/00 finished off Trilobite and headed towards the surface with Allelujah/Arios to eliminate A-Laws.
Allelujah/Arios activated Trans-Am and quickly charged to the ocean surface to engage A-Laws with Setsuna/00. While Setsuna/00 engaged Mr. Bushido/Sakigake, Allelujah/Arios engaged Soma/Smultron (didn't Marie was the pilot) in a beam gun fight. Allelujah/Arios had difficulty in dodging the Ahead's beam shots and got hit twice. Allelujah comments on his own performance, "It's not the suit's fault, it's my ability!"
The battle was undecided until the sudden appearance of Katharon intervention, A-Laws called a tactical retreat. After the battle, Katharon met up with Setsuna and Marina Ismail with an audience request with Celestial Being.
Katharon Meeting[]
Setsuna, Tieria, Sumeragi, Saji, Marina entered the Rub' al Khali desert with a CB VTOL craft with Lockon/Cherudim and Allelujah/Arios as escorts to meet with Katharon. As they entered their secret base, Katharon rebels greeted Setsuna and the Meisters as their idols. After the pleasantries, they were taken to room for a private meeting. Allelujah didn't attend the meeting, he remained at the Katharon MS hanger until everyone came back from the meeting. Alleujah/Arios and Lockon/Cherudim later escorted the remaining group back to Ptolemy II while Setsuna took the CB VTOL craft to drop off Marina Ismail back at Azadistan.
Katharon Massacre[]
While back in Ptolemy II, Wang Liu Mei informs Celestial Being of A-Laws immanent attack upon the Katharon base. The Ptolemy II and crew attempts to double back to Katharon's base to save them. Lockon/Cherudim, Tieria/Seravee, and Allelujah/Arios sorties to engage A-Laws. During the battle, the Meisters saw firsthand at the inhumane tactics the used against Katharon. Allelujah was disgusted of their use of Automatons and charged after a GN-X III (fighter mode). As Allelujah/Arios cuts the GN-X III in half, he comments, "Mass murders with antipersonnel weapons...if you're the ones not pulling the trigger, do you think that means you incur no sins yourself!?" The battle was short has A-Laws primary objective was to destroy Katharon and not face off Celestial Being, they retreated back to their sea MS carrier.
Defending Katharon[]
After fending off A-Laws, the Meisters returned to the destroyed Katharon based to see the damage themselves. One of the rebels accuses Celestial Being of leaking information to A-Laws and demands revenge for his dead brothers. Lockon convinces them they weren't responsible and promises to get revenge for the dead. The crew agreed to provide relief with supplies and temporary protection until they are able to relocate. After Nena Trinity/Riian arrived with relief supplies and equipment, Allelujah and the rest of the crew headed towards the coast to intercept A-Laws and give Katharon extra time to retreat.
Once A-Laws was within attack range, all the Gundams were sortied to battle. Allelujah/Arios was pursued by Soma/Smultron and Alleujah realized that Soma/Marie was piloting the GN-X Ahead. Allelujah tried to get Marie to come to her senses, but the Soma Peries persona was still in control. Allelujah didn't want to hurt Marie and ended up getting Arios' twin beam gun destroyed and punctured (by a beam saber) on the right side of the MS frame. Allelujah/Arios then grabbed onto Soma/Smultron, telling her, "I'm not letting go this time, Marie!". The two crash landed upon the forest area of the middle eastern coastline.
Returning Marie[]
After the two crash landed on the forest, Allelujah went to check on Marie/Soma. When he opened her cockpit to check on her, Soma woke up and quickly jumped out of her cockpit to fight him. Allelujah doesn't want to hurt her, but she continues to attack him as he dodges. Soma then charged Allelujah to the ground and was about to attack him when her true personality (Marie Parfacy) suddenly awakens. Marie briefly awakens and finally recognizes Allelujah before fainting from mental fatigue.
Answers & Reconciliation[]
When Marie came to, Allelujah had set up a tent and had been checking if their MSs were functional; they were damaged beyond his technical skills to repair. Waiting for rescue to come, Allelujah inquired about Marie's Soma Peries persona. Marie says the Soma personality was implanted so that her five senses could be restored and so the Superhuman Institute could continue existing; despite the experience, she was happy to see Allelujah for the first time with her eyes and Allelujah himself was surprised to be able to converse with her as well (since their earlier conversations were all telepathic).
Marie then asked how did Allelujah escape from the Super Human Research Institute and he tells her about his tale of survival. He tells how he and his brothers were sent for disposal escaped termination. He tells Marie he regretted not taking her along with them, but later appreciated that decision after what he experienced. They escaped the colony with a shuttle, but didn't go far before they got into trouble. They ran low on food and oxygen. Hallelujah emerged and killed the others to survive. Marie said she also knew of Allelujah's other persona, sensed his presence when they talked. Allelujah still took responsibility for Hallelujah's actions, as he believed Hallelujah is also himself.
He explained his existence and the world he lived in motivated him to change the world and it's why he accepted the position of Gundam Meister. Allelujah wondered if Marie remembered anything in her time as Soma and she admitted she remember everything of her experiences. He then reminds Marie of his actions of destroying the Super Human Research Institute, along with their super soldier kin. Allelujah holds out both his shaking hands, telling her, "I took everyone's life a second time!" Marie holds his hands and says she is the same, as she killed Hallelujah and gave him the scar above his right eye. They both admitted their horrible past actions and apologized to each other. Allelujah was happy to have Marie understand him and forgive all he's done. She holds his hands close to her chest, telling him she's happy to reunited with him and able to physically interact with him. Shortly after Marie giving thanks to God, Sergei Smirnov/GN-X III found both of them.
Sergei's Mercy[]
When Sergei finds them, he pulls a gun against Allelujah, seeing him as a threat to Soma/Marie and the person who killed his comrades. Despite Marie's pleas, Allelujah was willing to die to keep her happy. Just as Sergei is about to pull the trigger, Marie jumps in front of Allelujah but Sergei simply fires in the air. He says he'll falsify that Soma Peries died and properly thanks Allelujah for rescuing the civilians on the gravity block four years ago. Marie tells him that the Soma part of her still wants to be his daughter and two embrace in a emotional hug. She then salutes to him as he takes off. Allelujah comforts Marie, thanking her for living and giving him a reason to live and they share a long kiss.
Lockon was still looking for Allelujah and Arios nearby when Sergei/GN-X III passed by and transmitted their coordinates. Lockon/Cherudim lets him off and proceeded to the following coordinates and found Allelujah. Lockon commented, "All this time we were breaking our backs looking for you and you were with a girl? Not bad." Lockon then gave the good news to everyone with a live video feed, relieving the hearts of the Ptolemy crew, and shocking them with Allelujah kissing Marie.
Living with Marie[]
After Allelujah, Marie, and Arios were taken back to Ptolemy II, the crew wonders about Marie. Ian wasn't too happy with another badly damaged Gundam to repair. Sumeragi had her checked and approved her to stay on board Ptolemy II. While the crew have their concerns with Marie's past loyalties with the Federation, Sumeragi allowed her to stay because she is Allelujah's reason to live and fight.
Allelujah and Marie were talking inside a meeting room when Meleina popped in to asked were to two lovers and they blushed. To Meilena's happiness her woman's intuition was correct.
Feldt's Pain[]
While giving Marie a tour of Ptolemy II, he and Marie just bumped into Feldt. Allelujah wanted to introduce Marie and Feldt to each other, but Feldt wasn't too happy before the two. Feldt identified Marie as Soma Peries and listed her previous involvement during Operation Fallen Angels. She indirectly blamed her for the deaths of Dr. Moreno, Lichty, Christina, and Lockon Stratos. Allelujah wanted to tell Feldt it wasn't Marie's fault, but Feldt already knew that. Even though Feldt knew, a part of her blames Marie and she couldn't help get emotional about the matter. Feldt ran off in tears in the elevator. Allelujah had to apologize for Feldt because the crew is family to her.
Allelujah later found Feldt alone in one of the observation rooms. He apologized for Marie and Feldt replied, "I'm useless aren't I...? I thought I had to stay resolute, but because of everyone's kindness I became a spoiled child..." Allelujah smirked and said, "It's alright, we're family after all..." Allelujah later attended a meeting the staff, Wang Liu Mei reported new intel about an unknown A-Laws senior member at a Federation banquet. While Tieria and Setsuna volunteered for the mission, Allelujah and Lockon stayed behind.
Lockon's Nemesis[]
Setsuna's and Tieria's mission was compromised and they retreated back to Ptolemy II; Setsuna/00 and Tieria/Seravee encountered A-Laws/Innovator resistance (Ali Al-Saachez/GNW-20000 Arche Gundam). Sumeragi was concerned for their return and dispatched Lockon/Cherudim and Allelujah/Arios. Allelujah saw Setsuna/00 and Tieria/Seravee engaged in MS combat and provided cover fire. After Ali fled, Tieria still wanted to chase Ali, but Allelujah stopped him. Tieria explained the man that just fled was Lockon's nemesis. The Gundam Meisters returned to Ptolemy II under Sumeragi's orders.
Return to Lagrange 3[]
Ptolemy II and it's crew prepare to return to space. Sumeragi predicted that they will encounter an inescapable situation by A-Laws in a matter of 12 hours. There was also a need for repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and picking up the new support units from Lagrange 3. Feldt and Meileina prepares for atmospheric exit sequence.
Complicated Pre-Launch[]
Allelujah and Marie were enjoying a conversation together when they walked into a tense atmosphere in the briefing room regarding Lockon's/Neil's death. For the most part, Allelujah was an observer of this situation.
After Lyle learned the details leading to his brother's death, he couldn't help but chuckle to know his brother put his grudge above changing the world (a nostalgic characteristic of Neil's). Tieria wondered Lyle's reaction a problem against his brother, but Lyle said he respected him. He then said, "Our family died over 10 years ago. I can't brood over it as much as he did." Setsuna then asked Lyle, "Even if that nemesis is in front of you right now?" Tieria and Allelujah wanted to stop Setsuna from mentioning the subject, but Setsuna felt it was something that must be said. Setsuna explained to Lyle that he was formally KPSA, the same group that involved his family's death. He tells him how his comrades infiltrated places for suicide attacks. One of his comrades blew up the very building that killed Lockon's family. Setsuna felt if he had stopped his comrades from those suicide missions, Lockon/Neil wouldn't have become a Gundam Meister and died in battle. Lyle believed terrorism would've still continued and that it's important to focus on fighting for the future.
Trans-Am Launch[]
Ptolemy II was under attack as they prepared for atmospheric exit. To ensure the safety of the ship and its crew, Sumeragi had Lockon/Cherudim, Allelujah/Arios, and Tieria/Seravee activate their Trans-Am Systems to enhance the propulsion and GN Field of Ptolemy II to launch into space. After a rocky entry into space, their Trans-Am Systems deactivated when they were under attack by A-Laws forces. Lockon/Cherudim, Allelujah/Arios, and Tieria/Seravee couldn't sortie until their GN Drives recharged. Fortunately, Setsuna/00 sortied during atmosphere exit (in anticipation of A-Laws) and saved the day.
Innovator Encounter[]
While tending to Marie in the mess hall, Marie suffered a sudden headache from her quantum brainwaves. Bring Stability/GNZ-005 Garazzo was coming, and Marie warned of a dangerous presence coming after them. Setsuna/00 sortied first to face the mysterious MS, believing it to be a new A-Laws MS unit. Because Arios and Seravee still had incomplete repairs, Allelujah could only sit back and watch. After Lockon/Cherudim sortied and assisted Setsuna/00, Bring/Garazzo quickly left the battle. The crew continues their journey to Lagrange 3 resource satellite.
Maintenance at L3[]
Once Ptolemy II docked, the crew was greeted by Ian. Ian introduced his wife, Linda Vashti. Allelujah thought it was criminal for Ian to have such a young wife. Ian didn't take that joke too well, but such pleasantries had to be put aside as they are on a rush to complete maintenance, re-supply for Ptolemy II, and work their Gundams. Anew Returner interjected to explain a realistic time frame for the work to be completed and introduced herself as a recently scouted member from Wang Liu Mei. The majority of the crew then headed to the MS hanger to see their new support units, GN Archer and 0 Raiser. Because there was a urgent need for 0 Raiser, they immediately began testing on the 00 Raiser system. Allelujah went down to the hanger to see his new support unit.
Return of Hallelujah[]
While Allelujah was checking out G(U)N Archer, his head started to hurt. The GN particles generated by 00 Raiser's testing of Trans-Am system flooded throughout the asteroid base, affecting everyone with quantum brainwaves. The GN particles surged through Allelujah's quantum-brain and reawakens Hallelujah Haptism from his slumber. Hallelujah comments, "Damn, a guy can't get any sleep around here." As quickly as Hallelujah returned, he became dormant again after the GN particles ceased flowing near him. Allelujah regained control without once realizing Hallelujah had temporary control.
Destroy Momento Mori[]
Allelujah and the rest of the group had a meeting, sensors have detected an unusual heat signature. When the crew gathered to see the anomaly, Sumeragi confirmed it was a caused by a satellite weapon (Memento Mori). Sumeragi made the decision to destroy the Federation's satellite weapon as soon as work on Ptolemy II is complete.
Innovator Revelation[]
As the crew was about to prepare for Memento Mori, Tieria stopped everyone to reveal the existence of Innovator and their intentions. The crew finally learned of the shadow group of living bio-terminals that was responsible for creating Team Trinity, the three Throne Gundams, and 30 GN-X units with false GN Drives to the United Nations. Lyle asked why didn't Tieria say anything sooner. Tieria reasoned his silence was because he was conflicted as Innovator claimed to follow Aeolia Schenberg's plan. Sumeragi couldn't believe this is Aeolia's plan, Allelujah agreed, "That's right. There's no way that the slaughters of the anti-government organizations A-Laws have created will ever yield real peace" Setsuna announced with confidence, "I'll destroy them...I'll defeat A-Laws and exterminate Innovator...I will, through my own will."-the crew concurs with Setsuna's sentiments.
A-Laws Preemptive Strike[]
While the crew and L3 still prepares for departure, A-Laws launched a surprise attack. Allelujah/Arios + G(U)N Archer sortied with the L3 evacuees. Sumeragi ordered Allelujah to protect the escaping Celestial Being shuttles until they reached to safety. By the time he returned to the battle, the fight already ended. Allelujah radioed in to tell Sumeragi the completion of his assignment and told Meleina her mother is safe.
Battle of Memento Mori[]
As Ptolemy II heads to Memento Mori, the crew noticed the satellite laser cannon firing it's third shot. The crew was surprised the weapon could fire into space as well. Tieria wondered what was the Federation aiming at and Lyle told them the target was a Katharon space fleet. Setsuna/00 Raiser sortied ahead to assist Katharon and retrieved tactical data pertaining Memento Mori from them. While analyzing the tactical data, the crew mysteriously received schematics from Wang Liu Mei's agent (Nena Trinity). Feldt discovered a weakness in Memento Mori, the electromagnetic photon resonance chamber. Sumeragi decided to exploit that weakness by plowing through Memento Mori's blind spot and through A-Laws' forces to destroy the satellite cannon. Once Ptolemy II and crew reached in a specific range of Memento Mori, Sumeragi had each of the Meisters/Gundams execute their specific roles in her battle plan.
Allelujah/Arios was assigned propel Ptolemy II with Trans-Am. Allelujah/Arios was on standby and would activate Trans-Am on Marie's cue. As Ptolemy II charged through the blind spot of Memento Mori, A-Laws attempted to push Ptolemy II into the firing range of the satellite cannon. Using beam weaponry, A-Laws successfully pushed Ptolemy II into the cannon's firing range. As the cannon fired, Marie timed the cannon's fire up until the last few seconds and had Allelujah/Arios activate Trans-Am. Even though Trans-Am helped Ptolemy II dodged the cannon's fire, the ship is vulnerable to weapons fire. Due to their limited power of GN particles, Arios' Trans-Am has dedicated all its GN particles to charge through Memento Mori and can't use Ptolemy's GN Field. Lockon/Cherudim would utilize the GN Shield Bits to help protect Ptolemy II. As they charged towards the cannon, Trans-Am from Arios had worn out and Cherudim's GN Shield Bits were at its limit. Soon as Tieria/Seravee reached in firing range, Tieria/Seravee activated Trans-Am to fire a Hyper Burst particle sphere beam upon Memento Mori. Ptolemy II followed the blast with a salvo of GN Missiles, but Memento Mori still stands. Lockon/Cherudim then used Seravee's back as a stabilizer and used the holographic targeting system to snipe the satellite cannon's electromagnetic photon resonance chamber. Using the last of Trans-Am power, Lockon/Cherudim fired and destroyed Memento Mori.
Crashed & Hunted on Earth[]
Just as the Ptolemy II crew enjoyed their victory over destroying Memento Mori, Innovators came for a surprise attack at their weakest moment. Bring/Garazzo, Revive/Gadessa, and Divine/Empress attacked Ptolemy II and breached the port stern. With all the Gundams still recharging their GN particles from the Memento Mori battle, there was no chance to retaliate. Ptolemy II used the inertia of their assault to speed their descent to Earth while releasing a smoke screen to partially blind the Innovators and exaggerated the damage they've sustained. The ship and crew survived crash landing back on Earth and began emergency repairs. With the exception of functional engines, their weapons, navigation, and communications have been badly damaged. On top of that, Setsuna/00 Raiser got separated from the group during their Innovators attack. Ptolemy II is now relying on the camouflage system to keep them temporarily safe from A-Laws detection as they try to restore the mothership to working order. Unknown to the crew, A-Laws and Innovators are secretly tracking their position through Anew Returner.
As the crew works to repair Ptolemy II, Allelujah was performing maintenance on Arios Gundam. Sumeragi came to apologize to him for having Marie participate the battle against Memento Mori. Allelujah never wanted Marie's mind and body to be exploited or used for battle again, for Marie to participate in one bothered him. Allelujah said to Sumeragi, "What's done is done. Besides, Marie agreed to it. But never do it again, please."
Innovator Attack[]
Two unconfirmed mobile suits are heading their way and Sumeragi dispatches Allelujah/Arios and Tieria/Seravee to intercept them. Allelujah/Arios intercepted Revive/Gadessa while Tieria/Seravee intercepted Bring/Garazzo once again. Allelujah used Arios' fighter form for high speed combat in attempts to wear down the enemy. Their battle was short lived and had no clear victor as Revive/Gadessa fled from battle after Tieria/Seravee defeated Bring/Garazzo. With Bring/Garazzo defeated, Revive/Gadessa retreated from fighting Allelujah/Arios. Both Tieria/Seravee and Allelujah/Arios returned to Ptolemy II for repairs/maintenance.
As Ptolemy II meet up with Katharon rebels to resupply the ship for repairs (arranged by Lockon), Tieria debriefed Sumeragi, Ian, and Allelujah of his battle with Bring/Garazzo. Tieria explained he had to use Seraphim Gundam or he would've been defeated by Innovators. Sumeragi wondered did Innovators notice Seraphim's special ability, but Tieria wasn't sure himself. Allelujah and Ian then discussed their precarious tactical situation. Ian discussed resupplying with Katharon before breaking through A-Laws' defensive line while Allelujah voiced concerns over A-Laws potentially attacking them with without a functional weapons control system on Ptolemy II. Ian believed they would've broken through A-Laws if they had Setsuna/00 Raiser, but worried can they do it without Setsuna/00 Raiser. Tieria tells the both of them, "Setsuna will definitely return. I believe in him." Shortly after, Ptolemy II and crew rendezvous with Katharon's European cell to resupply.
Coup d'état Save[]
After Katharon resupplied Ptolemy II, the ship and crew headed towards the coast. Not long after, there was a tactical alert, A-Laws have found them again. A-Laws have launched a heavy assault force, consisting of A-Laws (GN-X IIIs and Aheads) and Innovators MS (Revive/Gadessa, Healing/Gadessa, and Divine/Empress) units, a total of 36 enemy units along with a mobile armor (Empress). While the Gundams hold off A-Laws, Ptolemy II and crew take cover in the mountainous terrain for limited protection.
Lockon/Cherudim performed a preemptive strike against A-Laws. Using Trans-Am, Cherudim's range extended beyond A-Laws' and Innovators firing range to reduce the numbers of enemy MS units. As Cherudim's GN particles were spent, Allelujah/Arios and Tieria/Seravee would follow up and face the brunt of the assault. Both Tieria/Seravee and Allelujah/Arios shot down several A-Laws units, but Innovators gave them the greatest challenge. Tieria/Seravee was forced to use GN Field as A-Laws and Innovators heavily fired upon him, preventing Tieria/Seravee to counterattack. Divine/Empress came within combat range and fired a taser weapon that can breach Seravee's GN Field. Allelujah/Arios attempted to assist Tieria/Seravee, only to be tased himself. Divine/Empress successfully held down both Tieria/Seravee and Allelujah/Arios with his taser weapon while the rest of A-Laws attempts to finish off Ptolemy II. Lockon/Cherudim was still hiding behind the mountain, unable to assist because GN particle recharge is still incomplete after Trans-Am. Just as the situation looks bleak, a sudden A-Laws recall order was made. AEU's orbital elevator has just been occupied by a rogue faction of the Federation army, coup d'état. Both Tieria/Seravee and Allelujah/Arios managed to escape from Divine/Empress and A-Laws. Allelujah wondered how they were saved as A-Laws and Innovators seemingly had them.
Allelujah and the rest of the group eventually learned of the coup d'état at the AEU orbital elevator in Africa. Everyone believes that heading there is the best place to find Setsuna as he's likely to do the same. Once the crew reached in proximity of the AEU elevator, Setsuna/00 Raiser was found engaging Mr. Bushido/Masurao. Allelujah/Arios, Lockon/Cherudim, and Tieria/Seravee all quickly sortied, activated their Trans-Am Systems and attacked Mr. Bushido/Masurao to fend him off. The Meisters were glad to greet Setsuna. Setsuna asked, "Is everyone ok?"-in a weakened/faint voice. The Meisters wondered if something was wrong when Setsuna/00 Raiser began to fall. Allelujah/Arios and Lockon/Cherudim carried Setsuna/00 Raiser back to Ptolemy for medical aid.
Break Pillar Incident[]
While Setsuna was recovering in Ptolemy, Sumeragi dispatched the Meisters to intervene the standoff between the ESF-Army, ESF-Coup faction, and Katharon over the AEU elevator.
Battle at AEU Elevator[]
As the 3 Meisters head towards the orbital elevator, they noticed Katharon forces fleeing from the elevator. ESF forces fired upon Katharon MS units and Lockon couldn't stand the sight of his brothers getting killed and charged. Against Tieria's and Allelujah's heed(s), Lockon/Cherudim impulsively charged into the battlefield to shoot down as many ESF-Army MS units as possible. Allelujah/Arios and Tieria/Seravee provided backup for Lockon/Cherudim in the battle. While everyone was fighting, Allelujah and everyone momentarily paused as they noticed falling debris from the elevator. Seconds later, Sumeragi made a public announcement to everyone:
"To all units within our current airspace: I'm transferring data over all the visible signals. Please destroy all pillar fragments entering the airspace indicated in the data. Below that space are densely populated areas. At this rate, millions of people will die. So I plead you, help save everyone!"
Soon as the message was over, Allelujah/Arios, Lockon/Cherudim, and Tieria/Seravee quickly flew upwards to shoot down the incoming debris. Allelujah/Arios used his GN Twin Beam Rifle II to rapid fire upon the falling fragments, but his gun isn't hitting enough targets. Allelujah/Arios then switches his weapon for his GN Sub-Machine Guns to effectively shoot down the debris. There was one large fragment that Allelujah/Arios couldn't shoot down and thought it was going to impact on the nearby city when Mari/GN Archer appeared and shot down the fragment. Mari tells Allelujah, "This isn't a battle. This is to save lives!" Allelujah/Arios teamed up with Mari/GN Archer as they continued to fire upon the falling debris. In an unusual situation, all opposing forces temporarily united in saving the civilians from the falling pillar fragments. Soon as Setsuna/00 Raiser returned from destroying the second Memento Mori, Lockon/Cherudim and Allelujah/Arios activated their Trans-Am to continue defending the African populace. After several hours of shooting down the falling debris to protect the civilians, Allelujah/Arios noticed Marie/GN Archer engaged in battle. By the time he caught up to Marie, he realized that Marie tried to help Colonel Smirnov/Tieren Taozi; it was too late, the Colonel was killed by his own son (Andrei). When Allelujah asked, "What's wrong Marie?" Soma Peries resurfaced and said, "Shut up! I'm Soma! Soma Peries!" Allelujah/Arios and the rest of the Meisters regrouped to Ptolemy and evaded enemy forces.
Post Break Pillar Seclusion[]
After the battle, Allelujah and the rest of the Ptolemy crew went under the radar for several months from Federation forces. With the Federation Army under direct control from A-Laws and haven't recovered from previous battles, the Ptolemy crew went into seclusion until they could be at full strength once again. In between this time, Allelujah and the Ptolemy crew was attacked more than 20 times due to Anew's presence with the group. Revive Revival was able to use her as a Innovator homing beacon to locate them. The series of assaults slowed them down, but they were able to gradually resume normal operations. In between the last 4 months, Allelujah have been trying to get through Marie; only Soma Peries answered him with anger and spite. After 4 months, Celestial Being is in space again and have returned to fighting strength to combat A-Laws. Their first objective after their hiatus is to destroy the 3rd Memento Mori.
Destroy Memento Mori No.3[]
Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios and the rest of the Gundam Meisters sortied to take down Memento Mori. Lockon/Cherudim and Tieria/Seravee teamed up for a pincer attack with Setsuna/Saji/00 Raiser and Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios. Lockon/Cherudim and Tieria/Seravee attacked from long range shooting while Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios provided backup for Setsuna/Saji/00 Raiser to destroy Memento Mori. As Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios charged in, Allelujah had Soma fire a salvo of GN Missiles to break through their defense line. Allelujah commented, "As expected, the A-Laws defenses are solid!" Soma/GN Archer suddenly broke off from Allelujah/Arios and engaged A-Laws. Setsuna told Allelujah to back her up as he prepares to initiate Trans-Am Riser. After Setsuna/Saji/00 Raiser successfully destroyed Memento Mori with Trans-Am Riser, the Meisters finished off remaining forces and returned to Ptolemy.
Allelujah's Dilemma[]
Shortly after returning to Ptolemy, Allelujah wanted to talk to Marie; Soma was eager to go back to her quarters. Allelujah called out "Marie!", but Soma replied, "How many times do I have to tell you not to call me that before you understand!? I'm Soma Peries! Super Soldier No.1 of the Superhuman Institute!" Soma charged through the doorway and Lockon noticed the tense situation. Ever since the death of Sergei Smirnov, the Marie persona haven't returned. Soma Peries remained and has been on a personal warpath against A-Laws to avenge the fallen Colonel. The two went to the MS hanger observation room to talk about the situation with Saji nearby to listen on their chat. Allelujah tells Lockon, "Even though I promised the Colonel I would never let her fight again...I..." Lockon responds, "Just give her some space for a while. She needs time to put her feelings in order." Allelujah retorts, "But I'm putter her in dang(er)-" Lockon tells him, "Don't force your thoughts on her. If you think it over carefully, you'll understand. The feelings of that girl, who says she wants to fight." Lockon then left Allelujah to think things over.
Taking Back Veda[]
With the ESF-Army merged into A-Laws, A-Laws is now the single largest military force in the solar system. Setsuna, Tieria, and the bridge crew talked about a means to turn the tide of the battle and thought about re-acquiring Veda; they don't know where Veda is located (moon terminal). In order to find Veda, they would need to ask an Innovator(s) about the whereabouts of Veda. Sumeragi decided to take the idea into action, to capture an Innovator(s) as an overall plan to take Veda back into Celestial Being control.
Capture Innovators Operation[]
Not long after, a tactical alert sounded off as A-Laws have found them again (through Anew) and Allelujah prepares to sortie with Marie/Soma. He waited for Marie/Soma at her front room door. As soon as Marie/Soma came out, he asked, "Are you going? Soma replied, "Of course." Looking at Marie/Soma from behind, he says, "I understand." As Archer Arios prepares to launch, he checks in Soma, "You're all set?" Soma coldly retorts, "I'm ready any time. Do it." Allelujah replies, "I understand." Allelujah then comments to himself, "I'll protect you, Marie" and launched. As Allelujah headed towards the battlefield, his thoughts are still on Marie.
After receiving a quick tactical briefing over the com, the Meisters broke formation and began engaging their targets. Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios and Lockon/Cherudim was actively engaging the enemy GNXs at different locations in the battlefield to support Ptolemy. Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios fired a salvo of GN Missiles at incoming enemy MS units. As enemy GNX units drew closer, Soma/GN Archer broke off from Allelujah/Arios to hunt down Andrei Smirnov. Allelujah/Arios wanted to stay close, but Soma/GN Archer continued to advance deep into enemy airspace. Allelujah/Arios managed to catch up to Marie/Soma, but Hallelujah awakened as the GN particles from Trans-Am Raiser affected Allelujah's quantum brainwaves.
Hallelujah awakened with a sadistic laugh and then charged towards a GNX Ahead. As Hallelujah charged, he commented, "These accelerated particles are throbbing painfully in our quantum brainwaves!" Hallelujah/Arios grabbed the GNX Ahead and cut the enemy MS in half. He asked his dormant half, "Isn't it!? Allelujah!!!!" Hallelujah/Arios went on a murderous rampage for the duration of GN particles generated by Trans-Am Riser. After Trans-Am Riser ceased, Hallelujah went dormant again and Allelujah regained control of himself.
Allelujah spotted Soma/GN Archer engaging Andrei/Ahead to avenge Colonel Smirov. Allelujah/Arios tried to hold Soma/GN Archer back as Andrei/Ahead retreated, but Soma demanded revenge. Saji was observing the battle between Soma/GN Archer and Andrei/Ahead. He couldn't keep quiet anymore and shouted over the com for Soma to "STOP!". Allelujah and the rest of the crew heard Saji plead, "Please stop! Nothing will change. Even if you get your revenge, that won't bring anyone back to life. You'll only increase the sorrow. Everyone's gradually losing their senses as this goes on. You won't be able to head anywhere. You can't even proceed forward..." The battle was over and Tieria successfully captured an Innvator, Revive Revival, to ask him for the location of Veda. Back on board Ptolemy, Allelujah, Sumeragi, and the rest of the Gundam Meisters were present to interrogate their captured Innovator about Veda. Unknown to them, while Revive Revival introduced himself and talked to Sumeragi, he was influencing Anew with his quantum brainwaves in attempt free himself, escape with Anew, and take 00 Gundam to Ribbons.
Innovator Deception[]
During their interrogation, Sumeragi asked about Veda's location. Revive claimed, "Well, I really don't know." Allelujah asked, "You don't know, even though you're an Innovator?" Revive replied, "For argument's sake, if I knew the location, what do you intend to do with Veda?" Tieria answered, "Take it back." Revive chuckled and said, "Veda was originally created for us to use" Sumeragi asked, "Then tell me this: What do you intend to use Veda for? What is the real intention of the plan Aeolia drafted?" Revive answered, "It's for the upcoming dialogues.". Allelujah responds, "I don't understand what he's talking about". Revive comments, " That's the limit humans suffer from." Lyle retorted, "I don't think you're in any position to act like you're perfect. You were captured after all." Revive smirked and retorted, "What if I told you...I got caught on purpose?" Feldt suddenly informs them over the com system that Anew shot Lasse, took Mileina hostage, and surprised everyone with her Innovator identity. Revive takes it as his cue to leave. Setsuna tries to stop him with his gun, but Revive explains, "You understand, don't you? If anything happens to me, I can't guarantee the safety of the hostage. Since we're the same type, Anew and I are able to connect our thoughts. You do understand right?" Allelujah and the others had no choice but to let Revive go, seconds later, the Ptolemy's internal systems have been shutdown due to a computer virus. Soon as the group left the meeting room, Setsuna suggested to split into two groups to search for Mileina.
Allelujah never found Mileina, he subsequently learned Mileina was saved by Setsuna and Lockon; Innovators escaped after their failed attempt to steal 00 Gundam. Allelujah later went to check on Lasse's condition in the medical bay. While watching over Lasse, he wondered, "Why did something like this happen...?" Moments later, Feldt sounded off a tactical alert that Innovators had return to attack them. Allelujah sortied with Soma in Archer Arios to anticipate the enemy. Due to 00 Raiser damaged and in emergency repair from the last fight, Setsuna/00 Raiser wasn't able to join the upcoming battle.
Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios, Lockon/Cherudim, and Tieria/Seravee sortied to engage Innovators (Louise/Regnant, Revive/Gadessa, Anew/Gadess, and Healing/Garazzo). Louise/Regnant fired first with her GN Cannon. As the Meisters dodged the attack, they were surprised that particle beam can curve towards their direction. Four curving beam attacks went after Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios. As Allelujah made evasive maneuvers, he comments, "This attack...! It'll kill us!" Soma retorts, "I won't let it!" Soma/Archer broke off from Allelujah/Arios to divide Louise's attention. Allelujah/Arios continues to evade in between returning beam fire upon Louise/Regnant, Revive/Gadessa, and Healing/Garazzo (Lockon/Cherudim was busy persuading Anew/Gadess back to their side). Allelujah was partially distracted with Tieria/Seravee receiving heavy beam fire when one of Regnant's particle beams hit Allelujah/Arios. Arios' left MS wing and arm was incinerated by the blast, but still able to continue fighting.
As Allelujah/Arios regrouped with Tieria/Seravee and Soma/Archer, Revive/Gadessa and Healing/Garazzo broke through their defensive line and the trio attempts to stop them; Louise/Regnant was right behind them and disabled the trio by deploying her wire tasers. The electro-shock not only paralyzed them in their mobile suits, but was killing them. The situation looked bleak when Setsuna/00 Raiser fired a beam blast that cut off the taser wires. Setsuna/00 Raiser had sortied, quickly defeated Revive/Gadessa and Healing/Garazzo, and disabled Louise/Regnant. After the fight, the crew had to deal with an awkward situation between Lyle and Setsuna.
During the fight, Setsuna/00 Raiser shot and destroyed Anew/Gaddess. Anew/Gadessa was about to kill Lyle and Setsuna made the decision to kill Anew before she could kill Lyle. Everyone knew that was a necessary action Setsuna made to save Lyle, but Lyle was too angry to see it that way. Lyle confronted Setsuna and repeatedly punched him in the face. Setsuna didn't bother to retaliate and let Lyle beat him. Lyle cried out, "You bastard! You bastard! You killed Anew!!" Allelujah was outside the door with Soma. He wanted to say something, but couldn't. Tieria told Lyle to "Stop it!" Lyle distraughtly replied, "Shut up! She was coming back! She was coming back to us not as an Innovator, but as a human! This is all your fault!!" Lyle kept hitting Setsuna until he broke down on Setsuna's chest.
Rendezvous at Lagrange 5[]
Ptolemy received a mysterious message to rendezvous at Lagrange 5. The crew was suspicious of the message, but Setsuna insisted to head towards there to meet the unknown messenger (Wang Liu Mei). With Ian's support to L5 (another resource satellite) for maintenance and upgrades, Sumeragi relented to head to L5.
Meanwhile in inside the conference room, Allelujah asked Soma to pilot Ptolemy. Soma angrily replied, "You're telling me to take over as helmsman!?" Allelujah reasoned, "Lasse is injured. someone has to keep Ptolemy safe." Soma asked, "Are you trying to keep me out of the battlefield!?" Allelujah replied, "I promised Colonel Smirnov. Please, listen to what I'm say-" Soma retorts, "I won't listen to you!" and walks off. Allelujah grabbed her hand and said, "Soma Peries! If you keep fighting this way, sooner or later you too will-" Soma turned around to look at Alleujah with tears of anger and sadness. Allelujah couldn't say anything and just looked over her. In between this time, Setsuna/Saji/00 Raiser sortied to meet their mysterious messenger at space colony Eclipse.
Several days later, Setsuna returned from his mission to Eclipse and Allelujah attended the group meeting. Setsuna gave the encrypted message to Feldt to have the coordinates decrypted. As they waited for the decryption, he reported to the crew he received the information from Wang Liu Mei. Shortly, Feldt decrypted the coordinates and revealed Veda’s location, the dark side of the moon (Lagrange 2). When nothing was detected upon sensors, Sumeragi suspected there was more behind the blank image and had Meleina superimposed their star charts over the current coordinates. The results show a large area of space that was blank where there was supposed to be stars. After calculating the discrepancy, Feldt revealed the measurement to be fifteen kilometers in diameter. It’s suspected amongst the crew that something very large is cloaked and hidden near the moon.
In between their meeting, Ptolemy was expected to rendezvous with their lab transport ship for overall maintenance/upgrades to their Gundams and re-supply for the ship. The ship arrived in between their meeting and Arios received GN Heavy Weapons package as part of its overall maintenance/upgrades.
As their meeting continued, sensors revealed A-Laws have begun amassing upon their intended destination. This only further solidified their beliefs that Veda is indeed hidden at the moon. The problem is now dealing with A-Laws and Innovators to recover Veda. Each and one of the pilots spoke their feelings and sense of commitment for their upcoming mission. Allelujah stated, "To created a world where beings like myself and Soma Peries never appear again!" Setsuna told the crew, “We’ll change. If we don’t change, we’ll never reach the future.” With everyone united to recover Veda, Sumeragi announced the crew will soon battle soon as maintenance and resupply is completed. There was still concern over their ability to succeed as they are short of a pilot, but Lasse just returned for duty. With the crew now ready, Lyle and the Ptolemy crew head towards Lagrange 2.
Battle Towards Lagrange 2[]
Once Ptolemy reached in range of L2, the Meisters all prepared to sortie for battle. As Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios is about to launch, he asked Soma, "Are you all set, Soma Peries?" "'Marie' is fine." Allelujah was pleasantly surprised by her words. Soma continued to say, "If you want to call me that, it's fine. However, I'm...-" Allelujah replied, "I understand."-with a big smile in his face. The duo then sortied to face A-Laws.
As the Meisters reached in combat range, Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios (GN-007GNHW/M Arios Gundam Heavy Weapons Type+ GNR-101A Archer Arios) started things with a salvo of GN Missiles to divide enemy forces. The missiles corralled several GNX units together and Tieria/Seravee followed up with a Hyper Burst Blast. Allelujah/Arios and Soma/Archer then split up to divide and conquer. Allelujah/Arios tried out his new GN Rifle and vaporized two Aheads with one shot. The first wave was quickly defeated, but the difficulty of the fight increased. Setsuna/00 Raiser prevented 3 A-Laws battlecruisers from completing a suicide run to Ptolemy. To everyone's surprise, the battlecruisers were decoys and was filled with particle disruptors that created a large anti-particle field. A second wave of A-Laws soon followed in larger numbers and GN Missiles launchers.
As the second wave of enemy GNX units attacked them, A-Laws fired a large barrage of GN Missiles. Allelujah/Arios quickly opened his missile tubes and returned fire to counter the missiles. Allelujah/Arios flew across the anti-field, firing his missiles away, but he was running short on missiles. By now, A-Laws have broken through their defensive line in between Ptolemy. As their situation looks bleak, Katharon and the ESF Coup d'état Faction arrived to assist. The second wave was eventually defeated and Allelujah/Arios charged through the anti-particle field to combat the remains of A-Laws. Allelujah/Arios continued to pick off A-Laws' GNX units as he and Soma flew across the battlefield.
Over an open channel, Kati Mannequin told the Meisters to focus on defending their ship. Seconds later, Setsuna warned everyone over the com, "Attention all ships! Take evasive action immediately! It's coming! Incoming attack! Some sinister light!" A large and powerful particle beam just fired near the moon (CBS Celestial Being). The particle beam fired in the middle of the combat zone, unbiasedly taking out various MS units and capital ships from all sides. Allelujah/Arios flew parallel to the beam attack without suffering damage. In the middle of confusion, a giant asteroid ship decloaked before everyone, CBS Celestial Being. Sensors revealed that Veda is held within Celestial Being. Sumeragi announces to allied forces of their intention of retrieving Veda and taking down Celestial Being. Celestial Being charges forward to their final battle.
Last Mission[]
Ptolemy and Meisters are now cruising towards Celestial Being. Soma/Archer docked with Allelujah/Arios to recharge for the upcoming battle. As they are about to confront their greatest challenge, Sumeragi tells everyone over the com, "Everyone, let's go! To atone for how we changed the world. Let's set things right! Let's release the world from the Innovators' rule and change the world again! For the future! Last mission, start!" Allelujah and the rest of Meisters received instructions from Sumeragi to destroy the gun turrets to ensure their invasion route. The Meisters acknowledge their command(s) and began firing upon Celestial Being.
Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios charged in and fired across Celestial Being's right side with his GN Vulcans and GN Rifle. He then fired a salvo of his GN Missiles to suppress Celestial Being's beam turrets as the rest of the Gundams continued to fire upon the mothership. As Celestial Being cleared half the way to Celestial Being, an unknown MS force sortied out of colony ship, Gaga Forces. The Gaga units quickly engaged their Trans-Am and began their kamikaze attack. The Meisters immediately went on the defensive to protect Ptolemy.
Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios and the Meisters continued to shoot down as many Gaga units as possible, but were still overwhelmed by their large numbers. Ptolemy was almost lost if it weren't for the lab transport crew sacrificing themselves, using the ship to shield against the assault. Combat relief came when the ESF Coup d'état Faction and Katharon provided fire coverage to allow the Meisters and Ptolmey to charge through Celestial Being. Soon as Ptolemy made it into Celestial Being's ship dock, each of the Meisters split up to invade the mothership; Allelujah/Soma/Archer Arios volunteered to defend Ptolemy as the rest of the Meisters make their way to Veda.
Allelujah/Arios and Soma/Archer split up to have more guns to defend Ptolemy. Gaga units continue to charge into the docking bay in attempts to kamikaze-destroy Ptolemy. As the duo continues to shoot down Gaga units, GN Archer's particles were running low. Allelujah suggested to Soma to dock to recharge, but a Gaga unit just charged in when Soma/Archer ran out of particles. Allelujah/Arios shot down the Gaga unit, but another one came out of debris and exploded upon Soma/Archer. GN Archer wasn't destroyed, but the unit was out of commission to continue fighting. Allelujah was worried about Soma and tried to defend her position, but another Gaga unit rammed into her. Allelujah was seriously concerned the second impact seriously hurt or killed her, but GN Vulcan beam fire and kamikaze attacks from Gaga Forces persists. Another Gaga unit attempts to kamikaze into Soma, but Allelujah/Arios managed to shoot the unit down with his GN Sub-Machine Gun. As Allelujah/Arios attempts to tend to Soma/Archer, Gaga Forces beam fired into the rear of Arios, destroying his missile pack. Allelujah/Arios recovered and rapid fired upon Gaga Forces with his forearm GN Sub-Machine Guns
While firing upon Gaga Forces, GN particles flooded the entire battlefield due to Setsuna/00 Raiser executing Trans-Am Burst. The GN particles started jamming the clone pilot's quantum brainwaves and distracted the enemy enough for Allelujah/Arios shoot them down easier. Allelujah wondered if this was Setsuna's doing and Hallelujah suddenly interjected, "Don't look away Allelujah!" Allelujah was surprise to hear from Hallelujah. Halleujah told him, "Just keep your eyes on Marie!" Allelujah/Arios executed Trans-Am and continued to shoot down Gaga Forces. Shortly after, the tide has turned in their favor. Tieria executed Trial System (signifying they had retaken Veda) on Seraphim Gundam and neutralized Innovators' MS units. Allelujah took the opportunity to see if Marie was okay. He opened the cockpit hatch and asked, "Are you okay Marie!?" Marie replied, "I'm okay. I'm okay now. Thank you Allelujah." Allelujah was pleasantly surprised to see that Marie Parfacy had returned to him.
Final Confrontation[]
With Gaga Forces neutralized, Allelujah returned to Ptolemy to get Marie medical attention. While in the medical bay, Sumeragi had Allelujah sortie to assist Setsuna. He and Lockon regrouped together and headed towards Setsuna's position. As the two reached there, they see Setsuna/00 Raiser battling Ribbons/Ribbons Gundam, Healing/Garazzo, and Revive/Gadessa. Allelujah/Arios broke off to engaged Healing/Garazzo.
Allelujah/Arios switched to fighter mode and charged in while dodging Garazzo's GN Vulcan beam shots. As Arios charged in, Hallelujah sadistically laughed, "The Super Soldier is back!" Allelujah switched in to commented, "We'll fight! The future hangs on our actions!" Allelujah/Hallelujah/Arios continued to charge and switched to MS mode. Allelujah/Hallelujah/Arios pulled out his beam saber and made a 360 twist up close to Healing/Garazzo to cut off Garazzo's right MS arm. Healing/Garazzo attempted to counter with his left beam saber hand, but Allelujah/Hallelujah/Arios kept his distance by using his GN Beam Rifle as a blunt instrument. Allelujah/Hallelujah/Arios whacked Healing/Garazzo at the MS head and chest, subsequently destroying his beam rifle. Healing/Garazzo attempted to stab Arios, but Allelujah/Hallelujah/Arios quickly flanked Healing/Garazzo and ripped off Garazzo's escape pod. Allelujah/Hallelujah/Arios switched back to fighter mode and charged in to cut down Healing/Garazzo. Healing/Garazzo stabbed Arios's pincer in attempt to stop the assault, but it didn't work. As Arios cuts through Garazzo, Hallelujah said, "Without Veda, which you're so dependent on, there's no way you can beat us!" Allelujah/Hallelujah/Arios destroyed Healing/Garazzo, but the victory was short lived.
Ribbons/Ribbons Gundam noticed Healing's destruction from a distance and dispatched two GN Fangs against him. Allelujah/Hallelujah/Arios attempted to shoot down the Fangs by rapid firing his forearm sub-machine guns, but the Fangs charged into Arios's MS chest and caused significant damage. Allelujah/Hallelujah survived the attack (with head injuries), but Arios was too damaged to function. Allelujah/Hallelujah/Arios was out of commission and drifted in space until rescue. After Setsuna's victory over Ribbons, Celestial Being successfully defeated Innovators and Allelujah/Hallelujah was later recovered by Ptolemy.
Aftermath[]
With A-Laws and Innovators defeated, peace as returned throughout the solar system, as a reformed Federation disbands the A-Laws and return the sovereignty to the nations they forced into subjugation. Allelujah no longer has a purpose with Celestial Being and decided to take a leave of absence (unclear if it's permanent) from the organization to figure things out on his own. Ptolemy II returned to Earth to drop off crew members who had business on Earth. Allelujah and Marie was dropped somewhere in a undisclosed country side of Eurasia with a full pack of traveling gear to rough things out alone. As he walks with Marie, he reflects, "The world is changing again...,but the sins I've committed, the lives I've taken to get here will never...This world is filled with contradictions. I myself am a contradiction...,but that has to be changed. We'll find a meaning to our lives. Our answer" Allelujah is last seen traveling with Marie towards an ancient castle along with other civilians of trade and travel.

He once saved Setsuna's life from being killed by Tieria(Tieria drew his sidearm to force an answer from Setsuna after the battle at Moralia) by calming Tieria down .Though he hadn't cooperate with Setsuna in missions.Usually it is Lockon/Setsuna and Tieria/Allelujah.

Allelujah remembers Marie from their time in the Superhuman Institute. She was the only one whose quantum brainwaves could affect him and she called out, as the experiments stripped her of her five senses. She gave Allelujah his name as he could not remember his own. When Allelujah escaped disposal, he regretted leaving Marie, who was later modified as Soma Peries. Hallelujah knew Marie's identity but Allelujah didn't until he saw her with his own eyes. When they came into close proximity, their brainwaves clashed and Marie came to surface.

Allelujah shares similarities with Shani Andras, an Extended pilot in Gundam SEED, as both are modified humans for battle use (The election of supersoldier shares some similarities with the election of Extended pilot as well, though supersoldiers are treated as human), with two different colored eyes, and hair concealing one eye (though Allelujah has both of his eyes visible in season 2).
Also of note is the similarity of the super-soldiers Allelujah/Hallelujah and Soma/Marie to the cyber-newtypes of the original U.C. series of Gundam, due to their artificial (and flawed) creation for the purpose of space warfare. This shows itself right down to the classic "newtype flash" passing across their eyes when they sense each other, as well as being followed by the same kind of crippling headache that cyber-newtypes experienced and sometimes caused in natural newtypes.
